When talking about a professionally kick-ass woman, it's highly possible you've heard or even used this dirty word: "bossy." Luckily, thanks to the new "Ban Bossy" campaign, this loaded term may be on the chopping block.
Sheryl Sandberg's organization, LeanIn.org, has partnered with the Girl Scouts to launch a website and social media campaign to promote female leadership minus this degrading stereotype. Best yet, Beyonce, Jane Lynch, Jennifer Garner have joined the fray to release this awesome video promoting the cause. To which we say: Beyonce, you are far from bossy, but you can be our boss any day!
